Join the 2025 class in Harrisonburg!

Meeting each Monday from January 6 to April 28 at Eastside Church

The Perspectives course has been helping God’s people find their place and calling within God’s heart and mission for the past 50 years.

Rooted in the scriptures, it’s a multi-faceted learning experience that has profoundly impacted over 250,000 alumni. This fifteen-lesson education course explores different aspects of God's global purpose in a multi-faceted learning experience. Endorsed by a broad spectrum of evangelical denominations, ministries and mission agencies, the class provides an overview of the biblical mandate, a review of mission history, a window into cultural factors and an examination of mission strategies.

VMMissions is partnering with area congregations and organizations of different denominations to offer the 2025 class in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Students participate in discipleship-focused classes, with reading assignments drawn from a curated collection of articles from missiologists and practitioners.

Class sessions provide opportunities for in-person interaction with approved Perspectives instructors who offer insights drawn from their experience and expertise. Reflection assignments reviewed by mentors help learnings to become personalized.

Students can enroll at whatever level is appropriate: key reading, certificate, or for undergraduate or graduate level credit.
