Therefore, we equip people to be incarnational wherever they go.
By serving long-term (2+ years) with our transForm program, it takes a lot of investment in time, training, study, and financial resources to embark on a long-term assignment. It takes a clear sense of call from the Lord and a deep love for people.
Long-term commitment allows the space and time to build friendships and trust with people in your host culture, and for intensive language study if needed. Living among the people you love and share the gospel with - over the course of years - is a powerful example of humility and solidarity with God's people and everyone God is calling to repentance and reconciliation.
Opportunities
VMMissions has a number of open service opportunities for 2+ year term commitments. Opportunities are available for individuals, couples, and families, overseas and domestically. Assignments generally include intensive cultural and language learning (if applicable) and training in holistic witness. Note: all listed service assignments are open for immediate consideration unless indicated.
For shorter-term assignments, tranSend offers 1-2 year internships, and team-based opportunities (one to three weeks) are available through E3 Collective.
