Alfonso serves as a pastor and church planter of Iglesia Menonita Monte Moriah in Timberville, Virginia, serving in partnership with Grace Mennonite Fellowship and the Northern District of Virginia Mennonite Conference. Before becoming a VMMissions worker, Alfonso was part of the leadership team of Iglesia Discipular Anabautista (IDA) for more than four years and a part of the Anabaptist Biblical Institute (IBA) for three years. He participated in the former Mennonite Hispanic Initiative’s learning circle as a potential church planter.
