Andrea serves in a tranSend assignment in Mannheim, Germany, with VMMissions workers Dave and Rebekka Stutzman.

A Christian service program, Christliche Dienste, provides the framework and guidance for Andrea’s work while in Germany with Rebekka providing mentoring and supervision at The Villa where Andrea volunteers. The Villa, a partnership with a local Lutheran congregation, offers a place and welcoming atmosphere each week for deeply rooted German and new North African immigrant communities in the working class neighborhood to gather for food, fellowship, board games and children’s activities.

Andrea also participates in the rhythms of the Emmaus community, a discipleship community led by the Stutzmans.
