VMMissions Launches North Africa Earthquake Relief Fund

Our hearts are broken for the people of North Africa who recently suffered a catastrophic earthquake.
In the early morning hours of September 9, an earthquake struck a rural mountainous region of North Africa. Houses, entire villages and infrastructure were destroyed, and thousands of lives were lost.
Government officials and local residents are actively assessing and responding with immediate relief and medical care, and there will likely be continuing opportunities for partnering with local communities to address long-term housing and water needs.
Your gift by October 15 will enable the body of Christ to respond with compassion in a time of staggering loss and critical need. Join in prayer for comfort and hope in the midst of grief. If donated funds received exceed the needs of this particular tragedy they will be redirected to a similar relief effort.
