VMMissions to Host Fall Cohort on Cultivating a Life of Prayer

The first of VMMissions’ strategic priorities is Join the Holy Spirit’s work of renewing and growing the church.
Prayer continues to emerge as a priority as VMMissions looks ahead at the next decade.
Michael and Ruth Hershey are leading a three-month exploration and discovery called “Cultivating a Life of Prayer.” As Michael and Ruth put it, the course will be a journey into “learning to love God more, love one another more, and love the world around us more through prayer.” Ruth will teach and Michael will lead practice in these 12 one-hour online sessions, drawing from a rich reservoir of experiences and insights into God’s word.
“God is passionate about his relationship with us and there is nothing more important for us to do than to keep this relationship moving and growing in a dynamic way through prayer,” notes Carol Tobin, Mission Advocate for VMMissions.
